The Mahindra’s BlueSense Plus connected car features include remote vehicle controls, location-based features, safety & security alerts, vehicle information and in-car controls. This engine is paired to a 6-speed AMT option as well. The diesel version is equipped with a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine that churns out 115bhp of power and 300Nm of torque.
The AMT gearbox also gets a feature that restrict car from moving in Auto or Manual mode if the doors are open. Other features include hill start assist, kick-down shifts, adaptive pedal response and tap-to-switch. The AMT gearbox comes with manual mode and Creep function. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed AMT. The Mahindra XUV300 is powered by a BS6 compliant 1.2-litre, turbocharged petrol engine that churns out a maximum power output of 110bhp and a peak torque of 200Nm. The W6, W8, and W8 (O) variants of the new Mahindra XUV300 also gets a new Galaxy Grey exterior colour option. The new Mahindra XUV300 W6 petrol MT with sunroof is priced at Rs 9.4 lakh (ex-showroom). Adding to it, Mahindra is also offering an electric sunroof on the mid-variants of the manual and AMT versions of the XUV300 compact SUV. The company has started accepting bookings for the XUV300 Petrol AMT with deliveries to commence from mid-February. The top-spec Mahindra XUV300 W8 (O) variant also gets Mahindra’s new BlueSense Plus connected technology.
